Peripheral blood indices like Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) can predict pathological complete response (pCR) in breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). Certain markers also show prognostic value for survival outcomes.
