Summary

Uterine balloon ablation shows higher amenorrhea rates for abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) compared to other endometrial ablation (EA) techniques. While second-generation EA systems generally outperform first-generation, no single second-generation device is definitively superior across all outcomes.
