Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) affects plasma extracellular vesicle (EV) concentrations. Pre-TAVI levels of phosphatidylserine-exposing EVs predict major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE) post-procedure.
