Syncope or seizure: that is the question-case report of a young patient with convulsive cardioinhibitory syncope

Cardioneuroablation successfully treated a young woman with cardioinhibitory reflex syncope, avoiding permanent pacemaker implantation. This procedure also allowed discontinuation of anticonvulsant therapy, resolving her recurrent transient loss of consciousness episodes.
