Summary

Anlotinib shows promise in treating thymic carcinoid (TC) with bone metastases. This rare neuroendocrine cancer treatment led to significant tumor shrinkage and long-term disease stability.

Thymic carcinoid (TC) is a rare neuroendocrine tumor originating in the anterior mediastinum.
TC accounts for 2-5% of all thymic epithelial tumors, presenting diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.
