Physical activity lowers all-cause and cardio-cerebrovascular mortality in adults with coronary heart disease

Engaging in vigorous physical activity (PA) once or twice weekly significantly reduces mortality risk in US adults with coronary heart disease (CHD). This level of activity is more effective than sedentary or moderate PA for improving health outcomes.
