Laparoscopic living donor nephrectomy (LLDN) is evolving, with a focus on optimizing techniques for donor safety.
Early right LLDN faced challenges, necessitating a reevaluation of the approach.

Purpose of the Study:

To compare the safety and efficacy of right LLDN versus left LLDN.
To provide insights for improving patient outcomes and donor well-being in LLDN.

A retrospective comparison of 16 right LLDN cases with 134 left LLDN cases (Jan 2018-Jan 2022).
