Background:

Accessory navicular (AN) is a common foot anomaly causing pain, often after ankle sprains.
Symptomatic AN typically presents as tenderness over the medial foot prominence.
The traditional Kidner procedure involves AN excision and posterior tibial tendon rerouting.

Purpose of the Study:

To describe an all-inside endoscopic approach for performing the Kidner procedure.
To highlight the advantages of this minimally invasive technique for AN treatment.

An all-inside endoscopic technique for the Kidner procedure was developed.
The method involves excising the accessory navicular and rerouting the posterior tibial tendon.
