Summary

Blood flow restriction training (BFRT) showed some muscle hypertrophy in the rotator cuff (RC) of asymptomatic individuals. However, strength gains and tendon thickness did not significantly differ between the BFRT and non-BFRT arms, suggesting variable responses.
