Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a diagnostic procedure that combines endoscopy and fluoroscopy to diagnose and treat conditions related to the bile ducts, pancreatic ducts, and gallbladder. A novel rendezvous procedure using a pre-existing choledochoduodenostomy effectively relieved biliary obstruction after failed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. This approach offers a new option for complex biliary drainage cases.
