Intraosseous spindle-cell rhabdomyosarcoma (ISCRMS) with EWSR1::TFCP2 fusion is a rare bone tumor that can mimic osteosarcoma. Accurate diagnosis requires molecular and immunoprofiling due to overlapping morphology.
