Iatrogenic aortic valve injury from rotational atherectomy is rare but can cause severe aortic regurgitation. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement is a feasible treatment option for patients unsuitable for surgery, with careful monitoring for complications like hypoattenuated leaflet thickening.
