SCUBE2 regulates adherens junction dynamics and vascular barrier function during inflammation

Signal peptide-CUB-epidermal growth factor-like domain-containing protein 2 (SCUBE2) stabilizes endothelial cell junctions, maintaining vascular integrity. Upregulating SCUBE2 may prevent vascular leakage in inflammatory diseases.
