Summary

Most participants in the Good Life with osteoArthritis Denmark (GLA:D) program maintained physical activity levels post-program. However, adherence to GLA:D exercises (GE) varied, with self-discipline being a key barrier. Support strategies like shorter exercise routines and ongoing group sessions are needed.
