Clinical consequences of computer-aided colorectal polyp detection.

Computer-aided detection (CADe) in colonoscopies showed minimal improvement in adenoma detection rates compared to human endoscopists. While CADe increased detection of small non-neoplastic polyps, it rarely altered patient surveillance intervals.
