Gamified Closed-Loop Intervention Enhances Tic Suppression in Children: A Randomized Trial.

Gamification using the XTics protocol significantly improved tic suppression in children with tic disorders (TDs). Immediate rewards in the XTics protocol led to greater improvements in tic control compared to delayed rewards.
