CXCR4 Expression as a Prognostic Biomarker in Soft Tissue Sarcomas

CXCR4 expression in tumor tissue is a promising prognostic factor for soft tissue sarcomas (STSs). Positive CXCR4 expression after neoadjuvant treatment predicts poor survival in synovial sarcomas and undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcomas.
