Summary

This study developed a novel nanogel (Ngel) using selenized alginate to enhance the intestinal delivery and bioavailability of trans-resveratrol (trans-Res). The Ngel system improved trans-Res stability and antioxidant activity, extending the lifespan of Caenorhabditis elegans.
