Doppler identification of in situ vein graft arteriovenous fistulas

Accurate identification of vein graft fistulas was confirmed by correlation of Doppler findings with intraoperative arteriograms in 25 consecutive instances. We recommend use of this simple method to all those performing in situ bypass procedures.
