Summary

Metastasis-directed therapy (MDT) for oligorecurrent prostate cancer (PCa) shows improved outcomes when guided by prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET/CT compared to choline PET/CT. Further research is needed to confirm these findings.
