Background:

A 30-year-old female with a history of endometriosis, infertility, and prior ovarian surgery presented with worsening pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, and dyspareunia.
The patient recently underwent oocyte retrieval, complicated by ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and intraperitoneal bleeding requiring ICU admission.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate persistent pelvic pain and urinary bladder pressure in a patient with a history of endometriosis following assisted reproductive technology (ART).
To assess the patient for potential pelvic complications and optimize her condition before embryo transfer.
