HEPPAR1 and PIWIL2 as Panel Markers for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This study found that PIWI-like protein-2 (PIWIL2) and HepPar1 are significantly elevated in Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) tissues and serum. These markers show diagnostic and prognostic value for HCC, suggesting their use in a combined diagnostic panel.
