    Background:

    • Supraglottic laryngectomy effectively treats laryngeal cancer above the vocal cords, preserving voice.
    • Chronic aspiration is a potential complication, especially after extended procedures or with poor pulmonary function.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy of neoepiglottis reconstruction using epiglottic remnants after supraglottic laryngectomy.
