Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria Isolated from Street Foods: A Systematic Review

Street foods can spread antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) to people. This review found widespread ARB in street foods, highlighting risks and the need for global "One Health" strategies to combat antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
