Summary

Surface coatings on copper flakes significantly impact polymer composite properties. Silver-coated copper flakes (Cu@Ag) show lower percolation thresholds and dramatically enhanced electrical conductivity compared to uncoated (Cu) or silica-coated (Cu@Si) copper.
