Systemic inflammation markers like SII, PLR, and NLR are elevated in Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) and non-immunogenic hypothyroidism (NIH). The Systemic Inflammation Index (SII) showed the strongest diagnostic value for predicting inflammation in these thyroid conditions.
