Mef2d potentiates type-2 immune responses and allergic lung inflammation

Myocyte-enhancer factor 2d (Mef2d) controls type-2 immunity by regulating GATA3 expression in innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) and T cells. Mef2d deletion protects against allergic lung inflammation.
