Early Prosthetic Hip Dislocation: Does the Timing of the Dislocation Matter?

Early dislocation after total hip arthroplasty (THA) significantly increases revision risk. However, dislocations within 7 days show similar revision-free survival but higher instability revision rates compared to later dislocations.
