Tankyrase 2 promotes lung cancer cell malignancy

Tankyrase 2 (TNKS2) promotes non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell survival and migration. Inhibiting TNKS2 in NSCLC may offer a new therapeutic strategy by promoting apoptosis and reducing cancer cell spread.
