Secondary mandibular osteomyelitis complicated with a pathological fracture

This case report details the youngest patient diagnosed with secondary mandibular osteomyelitis causing a pathological fracture. The study highlights the complexity of treating such fractures, especially in young individuals with compromised bone health.
