Post-COVID-19 Unilateral Upper Lip Numbness: A Case Report

Findings:

• The diagnosed condition was infraorbital nerve neuropraxia, a branch of the trigeminal nerve.
• This case represents the first reported instance of post-COVID-19 trigeminal nerve neuropathy presenting as unilateral upper lip pain and numbness.
• The findings suggest a link between acute maxillary sinusitis and trigeminal nerve dysfunction in the context of COVID-19 recovery.
