Salt-losing nephropathy associated with supraventricular arrhythmia

A young man experienced supraventricular arrhythmia, leading to polyuria, natriuresis, and salt-wasting. Successful ablation of atrial flutter resolved the electrolyte imbalance and hyponatremia.
