Management of aortofemoral graft failure

A simplified technique of patch angioplasty is demonstrated for the reconstruction of the failed distal aortofemoral anastomosis. The salient features of this technique include performance of the angioplasty without disconnecting the original anastomosis and reutilization of the existing suture line in order to avoid late formation of a pseudoaneurysm.
