Summary

DNA aptamers targeting the CD20 antigen were developed using capillary electrophoresis-systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (CE-SELEX). These aptamers show specific binding to CD20-expressing cells, offering a promising alternative to monoclonal antibodies.
