Can central venous pressure help identify acute right ventricular dysfunction in mechanically ventilated critically

Central venous pressure (CVP) can help identify right ventricular (RV) dysfunction with congestion in critically ill patients. However, CVP is less accurate for general RV dysfunction and should be interpreted cautiously.
