This study presents a surgical technique combining lateral rectus muscle disinsertion and periosteal fixation with the modified Nishida procedure for Exotropic-Duane Syndrome (XT-DRS). The combined approach successfully reduced key symptoms and improved convergence in patients with this congenital disorder.
