Summary

Itching of undetermined origin (IUO) is more common in frontotemporal lobar degeneration spectrum disorders (FTLD-SD) than Alzheimer disease (AD). Brain imaging reveals atrophy in specific regions linked to itching in FTLD-SD patients.
