Performing two rapid lateral flow device (LFD) tests for severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) antigen detection showed high reproducibility. However, this method did not yield statistically significant improvements in diagnostic sensitivity or specificity compared to a single test.
