Summary

SAPAP3 knockout mice, a model for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), show altered grooming and gut dysfunction without gut dysbiosis. Exercise and enrichment did not improve behavior, with exercise worsening grooming, suggesting potential stress effects.
