Summary

Investigating the time between transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) trials, known as the inter-trial interval (ITI), found no significant effect on short-interval intracortical inhibition (SICI) measurements. Shorter ITIs are recommended for participant comfort and reduced experimental time.
