[Radical tumor operation in limited ovarian cancer]

Concluding and from examples in the literature the necessity of lymphadenectomy, omentectomy, operative approach, removal of the peritoneal lining of the minor pelvis in stages I and II are herewith described. The value of the 'optimal tumor reduction' for stage III is also discussed.
