To investigate the feasibility of establishing a dedicated One Health expertise database.
To evaluate scholarly contributions within the One Health field.

Scopus database search for One Health publications (2012-2021).
SciVal used for de-duplication and scholar affiliation matching.
Evaluation of academic contributions based on citations, impact, and author data.

Main Results:

8,313 One Health publications identified, showing an increasing trend.
United States and United Kingdom led in publications, experts, and collaboration.
500 scholars from 53 countries identified for a potential expert database, focusing on dengue and antimicrobial resistance.

Conclusions:

A One Health information database can serve as a valuable reference for researchers.
Such a database aids in tracking academic progress in the field.
It provides support for active scholars and promotes further research and collaboration.
