Ruthenium-arene complexes show promise for Alzheimer's disease (AD) by inhibiting amyloid-beta (Aβ) aggregation and reducing cytotoxicity. The RuBO complex demonstrated significant neuroprotection and low albumin affinity, key for potential neurotherapeutics.
