[Pelvic arteriovenous fistulas. Apropos of a case report]

Gynaecological arteriovenous fistulae are a difficult diagnosis and their aetiology is often difficult to determine. The surgical treatment is not always satisfactory and the prognosis can be transformed by means of embolisation.
