Glanzmann's thrombasthenia: A nightmare for hernia surgeons.

Glanzmann's thrombasthenia patients can undergo elective laparoscopic surgery. Successful perioperative management using recombinant activated factor VIIa enabled a patient to have a hernia repair with no complications.
