Sarcoidosis presenting as isolated massive splenomegaly: A case report

This case report highlights an exceptionally rare instance of sarcoidosis presenting solely as an enlarged spleen (splenomegaly). This unusual presentation of sarcoidosis poses diagnostic challenges due to its broad differential diagnosis.
