A transcrestal sinus lift without bone grafting is a safe and effective technique for dental implant placement in patients with maxillary bone atrophy. This minimally invasive approach offers reduced surgical time, lower costs, and faster healing.

- After 6 months, tomographic evaluation showed a vertical bone height of 8.83 mm, a gain of 2.83 mm.
- The dental implant demonstrated adequate integration without postoperative complications.

- Transcrestal sinus lift without bone graft is a viable, safe, and effective alternative for maxillary implantology.
- This technique offers advantages including reduced surgical time, morbidity, cost, and faster healing compared to traditional methods.
