  • To compare the accelerometer-assessed physical activity profiles of individuals with DFUs versus those with diabetes but no ulcers (non-DFU).

  • 595 participants (34 DFU, 561 non-DFU) wore wrist accelerometers for up to 8 days.
  • Assessed physical activity volume, intensity distribution, and sustained/accumulated activity metrics (MXCONT, MXACC).
