Diagnostic value of structural, functional and effective connectivity in bipolar disorder

This review highlights brain connectivity differences in bipolar disorder (BD). Altered structural, functional, and effective connectivity patterns in BD patients show potential as neuroimaging biomarkers for diagnosis.
