Summary

An amniotic membrane graft (AMG) with fibrin sealant effectively managed an overfiltering trabeculectomy flap, stabilizing the anterior chamber and reducing intraocular pressure post-surgery. This technique offers a novel approach to prevent hypotony after glaucoma surgery.
